We want you to love your Bearbottom gear, so we offer a seamless 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the process quick and easy.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Preference

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
